Fiftybeans' Colombia Single, a washed lot of Caturra and Castillo varieties from farmer John Hurtado's Mahusa farm (1700 m.a.s.l.), roasted on a Loring S15 Falcon roaster to preserve juiciness and sweetness. Washed processing here brings a cleaner cup, higher acidity and pronounced fruit notes, recommended for filter brewing.
