Fiftybeans' Blønd, a light-roast filter blend combining a washed Colombian lot from Huila (bright acidity and clarity) with a naturally processed Brazilian lot from Sul de Minas (sweetness and body). Notes of citrus, caramel and chocolate, suited to all filter methods including V60 and Aeropress.
