Description

A specially prepared lot of SL28, SL14 and Nyasaland varieties from The Coffee Gardens team in Uganda's Sironko District. During processing, the pulp and mucilage removed at de-pulping is added back into the fermentation tank alongside the coffee for 23 hours before washing and drying, giving a deliciously sweet, silky cup with golden syrup and pomegranate notes.
