A Yellow Bourbon micro-lot from José Wagner Ribeiro Junqueira's family farm, Fazenda Serra das Três Barras, in the Serra da Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown between 1100-1450 masl. Pulped natural processing gives a cleaner profile with crisper acidity than the region's typical creamy, nutty character; the family carefully preserves native forest and springs on their land.
