Description

Fazenda Do Salto is a single-origin Catuai from a century-old, family-owned Brazilian farm that combines traditional processing knowledge with a highly mechanised, largely solar-powered operation. A carefully managed static drying technique at 1100-1200 masl develops a rich cup of cacao nibs, hazelnut and baker's chocolate.
