Father's Coffee Roastery's Colombia Inzá, a washed Castillo-variety lot from smallholders of the ACC association in Piendamó, Cauca (1700-2100 m.a.s.l.), fermented 12-18 hours after hand-harvest. A clean, balanced cup with orange, nettle-tea and star-anise notes, well suited to all filter methods; the ACC cooperative supports farmers as an alternative to illegal crops.
