Father's Coffee Roastery's Mothership espresso blend, combining a washed Ugandan lot from the Coffee Gardens project in Upper Bukyabo (dry-fermented 20 hours, washed and sun-dried on raised beds) with a washed Ethiopian heirloom lot from the Kotta cooperative in Agaro, Goma (2010-2300 m and 1800-2200 m respectively). Full, creamy body with milk chocolate and floral aroma, designed for espresso, cappuccino and flat white.
