A lighter-roast (Light City) version of Ethiopia Sidamo, Forest Coffee variety, washed, grown around 2200 m.a.s.l. in southern Ethiopia. The lighter roast preserves more acidity and a cinnamon-toned lighter body, while keeping the chocolate, floral, grape and mild citrus character of the classic Sidamo profile.
