A washed Grade 2 heirloom-variety coffee from Yirgacheffe, southern Ethiopia (1200-1800m, cupping 83.5), grown mostly on smallholdings under a hectare. Roasted Medium (City+) for espresso, it has the classic Yirgacheffe floral, fruity aromatics - jasmine tea, lemongrass and pink grapefruit.
