Brewing Methods

Hand-picked at around 1600-1900m by roughly 250 smallholder farmers in the volcanic, iron-rich soils of Ethiopia's Guji-Sidamo zone and grown in the dappled shade of taller trees, this washed, GR2-graded Ethiopian coffee is bright and vividly acidic. The cup carries light floral notes and wild honey alongside citrus, strawberry and bergamot - a lively, fruit-forward orchard in a cup.
