Description
A washed, sun-dried heirloom Arabica from the Sidamo/Guji region of southern Ethiopia, grown at 1,800-2,000m on smallholder farms. The cup shows gentle lemon-citrus acidity, floral jasmine aromatics, a deeper chocolate/cocoa undertone and a creamy, velvety body with a long, fruity finish - versatile enough for pour-over as well as espresso.
