Grown on small plots in the highland region of Arbegona at around 2,200 metres above sea level, where cooler conditions slow cherry maturation and allow sugars to develop gradually before the cherries are dried whole. A classic natural Ethiopian profile: juicy, floral and fruit-driven, with a clean finish.
