Description

A single-origin Arabica from the Kochere/Chelelektu area of the Gedeo zone in Ethiopia, grown at 1,900-2,100m on mineral-rich volcanic soil. It is a fresh, clean and exotic cup with pronounced citrus acidity, sweet chocolate, floral aromatics with jasmine and bergamot notes, and berry fruitiness.
