A Grade 1 natural-processed Ethiopian coffee from the Halo Beriti washing station in Gedeo, Yirgacheffe (around 2200m, local heirloom varieties, cupping 87.5), sourced from over 700 smallholder farmers. Roasted Medium (City+) for espresso, it offers raspberry, blueberry jam, hibiscus and chocolate notes.
