Description
A Grade 1 natural-processed Arabica from the Guji Shakiso area of Ethiopia, grown at 1,900-2,200m from heirloom varieties. The dry, whole-cherry processing brings out an intensely fruity, sweet character, with mango, papaya and grape notes carried by a juicy acidity and medium body. Works well as espresso, filter, V60, AeroPress or cold brew.
