Ethiopia Deri Hambela is grown by around 2,500 smallholders near Deri in the Guji zone, mostly shade-grown on small one-to-two-hectare family farms. Naturally processed - sorted cherries dried on raised African beds for 15-21 days - it gives a juicy, elegant, sweet and light cup with raspberry, ripe nectarine, and a black-tea-like finish. Roasted for filter brewing.
