Sourced from around 400 smallholder farmers in the Banko Gotiti area of the well-known Gedeb region, who deliver cherries to the Huke washing station where they are sorted and shade-dried on African beds for 21 days. Medium roasted and suited to fruity espresso, the cup has a sweet, juicy body reminiscent of peach iced tea, with a redcurrant-wine acidity and bergamot and jasmine in the finish.
