A washed Pink Bourbon from Palestina in Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,400-2,200 masl. Pink Bourbon is a relatively recently discovered varietal prized for its cup quality, productivity, and resistance to leaf rust, and Huila is well known for the strength of its coffee-growing cooperatives. Expect notes of blood orange, apricot, and Earl Grey tea.
