A microlot of the anacafé variety from Finca El Cerro in the Apaneca Illamatepec range (1,400-1,500m), a fifth-generation family farm that has processed its own coffee since 2016. Dry-fermented and naturally dried, it offers blackcurrant, blackberry, maple syrup, and almond. Roasted light for filter and medium for espresso.
