A micro-lot Arabica from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec range in El Salvador, grown at 1,400-1,500m and dry-fermented before drying. The result is a creamy, sweet cup with blackberry and tropical fruit aromatics finishing into a nougat-and-rum-like praline character.
