Description
El Jaragual is a single-origin Caturra grown on a 150-hectare family farm in Amalfi, Antioquia, Colombia, run by forestry engineer Jorge Mira who combines native forest preservation with innovative processing. Extended fermentation with yeast inoculation and controlled thermal shock steps produce a bright, tropical cup with juicy notes of mango, peach and lychee, versatile as both an espresso and a fruit-forward filter.
