Description

Drifft Half Caff No.6 is a post-blend of two halves: 50% decaffeinated Bourbon from South Kivu, DR Congo, processed via the sugarcane-based Ethyl Acetate method, blended with 50% naturally processed Catuai from Fazenda do Salto, Brazil. Note this is a half-caffeine blend, not a full decaf, giving a smooth, balanced cup of chocolate, butterscotch and Daim flavours for drinkers wanting reduced caffeine without losing character.
