Description
A washed-processed decaf, grown by local Arabica varieties from growers of the Manizales Cooperative in Colombia's Caldas region, then decaffeinated using the sugarcane (EA) process. It has a creamy body with caramel and dried fruit notes, and is roasted to suit most brewing methods; a lower water temperature is recommended for a juicier filter brew.
