Description
A naturally processed decaf from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, grown at 900 masl from Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties. Caffeine is removed using the Ethyl Acetate (sugar cane) process before the beans are dried and quality-checked ahead of roasting, delivering notes of nougat, plum, and pecan.
