This decaf Colombia comes from smallholder farmers in Huila, washed-processed and then gently decaffeinated using the EA Sugarcane (ethyl acetate) method, which preserves most of the natural sweetness and aroma. The cup is clean and balanced with a full body, showing cocoa, caramel, and light dried-fruit notes, low bitterness, and smooth mouthfeel. Roasted omni-style for both filter and espresso.
