Decaf blends washed coffees from smallholder farmers in Honduras and Peru, naturally decaffeinated using only water and carbon dioxide (no chemicals), then dark roasted. It's a rich, full-bodied, chocolate-and-caramel-leaning cup with treacle, dark chocolate and walnut notes, well suited to espresso.
