This decaffeinated coffee comes from Huila in southwestern Colombia, a region along the Andes known for both large-scale and micro-lot production, mostly farmed by smallholders on plots under three hectares. The green coffee has been decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process, also known as the Sugarcane Decaf method. Round Hill Roastery roasts it for espresso, offering it whole bean or ground for espresso, stovetop, French press, or aeropress.
