Ozone's rotating single-origin decaf; at the time of this snapshot a Brazilian lot from Nova Aliança in Sul de Minas (1,000-1,100 m.a.s.l.), grown by Flavio & Juliana Paulino de Costa from Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai and Yellow Catucai, Natural processed and decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (sugarcane) method in Germany. Creamy with hazelnut and a fine dusting of cocoa powder. Roasted medium. As a rotating program, the specific farm changes over time - origin recorded here reflects the coffee current at scrape time.
