Cyesha is a natural-processed Red Bourbon from the Cyesha Coffee Washing Station in Nyamasheke, Western Province, Rwanda, grown between 1,450 and 1,750 m. Roasted on the lighter side of medium for espresso, it cups with grapefruit, blackberry and caramel.
