Brewing Methods

Cyahinda is a single-origin Red Bourbon lot grown by over 600 smallholder farmers in the high-altitude hills of Nyamasheke, in Rwanda's Southern Province, at 1800-2000 masl. Grown beneath native shade trees with sustainable soil practices, it's an omni-roast coffee brewing into a full-bodied espresso or a rich filter, with sweet, comforting notes of prune, malt loaf and muscovado sugar.
