Description
A washed Bourbon coffee from the Sierra Maestra region of Cuba, grown at low-to-mid altitude (roughly 400-800m, though the source altitude field elsewhere on the site lists 1,800m). Notes of chocolate, sweetness, and tobacco give it a distinctly Cuban character, suited to espresso, moka pot, or pour-over.
