A washed, sun-dried Arabica from the Sierra Maestra mountains of Cuba, grown at 1,000-2,000m - a region producing over 80% of the country's limited annual coffee output. Great for espresso, giving a rich crema, low acidity and a bold body, with a smoky aroma and a long finish of cocoa, tobacco and roasted nuts.
