A blend built for traditionalists who like bitter, chocolatey, earthy coffee: 70% arabica with 30% Vietnamese robusta for extra caffeine and a thick crema, well suited to automatic espresso machines. Expect bitter chocolate and cocoa with almost no acidity; the blend draws on beans from three different countries.
