A washed Arabica from the celebrated San Marcos de Tarrazu area of Costa Rica, grown at 1,600m in mineral-rich volcanic soil, hand-picked and sun-dried after processing (Coopetarrazu, Caturra/Catuai varieties). Expect a harmonious cup combining citrus brightness with a sweet chocolate finish, a medium-full body and an intense aroma - equally suited to espresso and filter.
