Grown at Finca Las Nubes in Valle de Dota, Tarrazú, Costa Rica by producer Roberto Mata Naranjo, at around 1,800m from the Caturra variety. A lactic fermentation gives it a bold, tropical, wine-like cup with pineapple, berry fruit, and mango notes - best suited to filter brewing or modern espresso.
