A natural-processed Geisha lot from the fifth-generation family farm Hacienda Sonora in Valle Central, Costa Rica, near the Poas volcano (1300m, cupping 88.5) - a farm known for pioneering honey and natural processing in the region. Light roasted, it's delicately fruity with jasmine, tangerine, peach, tea and caramel notes, suited to both espresso and filter.
