A washed single-origin Arabica from Antioquia, Medellin, Colombia, grown around 1100-1500m from Bourbon and Typica trees. Roasted Full City for espresso, it gives a sweet, chocolatey cup with honey-like sweetness and virtually no acidity, rounded out by caramel, nuts and forest-fruit notes.
