Description
A Supremo-grade (large, uniformly sized bean) Arabica from Caldas, Colombia, grown at 1,200-2,000m along the Andes on volcanic soil by smallholder farmers, dry-processed. The cup is rich and smooth with a medium body, notes of fruit, chocolate and caramel, a clean long finish and medium acidity.
