Colombia Supremo is a coffee from Bar-Code. Single-origin coffee. Sun-grown and harvested between April and September, from the Huila region at 1400-1600 m. Full body and medium acidity with candied fruit, ripe plum and dried date flavors, and a long dark chocolate and raisin finish. Roasted to a medium dark (Full City) profile.
