Grown at 1,650-1,900m on the Peñas Blancas Estate in Acevedo, Huila by producers Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara, from Caturra and Castillo varieties. The natural process brings out bright citrus, strawberry, and rose notes, best explored through pour-over methods.
