A 100% Castillo lot from the Peñas Blancas station in Huila (Acevedo), Colombia, grown at 1,600-1,900m by producers Nestor Lasso, Jhoan Vergara and local smallholders, natural processed with anaerobic pre-fermentation (cupping score 86.5, 2025/2026 harvest). The station was built as a social project giving small farmers who'd long lacked technology and fair prices modern processing infrastructure and stable income.
