Description
A third-generation microlot from Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia's Finca Monteblanco at 1,730m, put through an extended cold fermentation before a full wash. Bright and floral, with citrus fruit, jasmine, elderflower, hibiscus, lemon, kiwi, and grapefruit. Roasted light for filter and medium for espresso.
