From Finca Las Flores, founded in 1990 in Colombia's Huila region and now run by third-generation producer Jhoan Vergara (Master of Coffee 2019), a farmer known for experimenting with varietals like Pink Bourbon and Geisha and precise fermentation. This lot is the rare Caturra-Chiroso varietal, complex and floral enough to recall Geisha, with lavender and anise aromatics, juicy passion fruit, and a caramel sweetness in the cup.
