Description
A microlot from Finca La Rosa, a Vasquez-family farm in Antioquia at 1,200-1,400m, grown on a mix of castillo, caturra, and colombia varieties. The farm's limited water supply led them to natural/dry anaerobic processing rather than washing, producing a cup of red fruit, dark chocolate, and raisins. Roasted light for filter and medium for espresso.
