Colombia Coocentral Washed comes from smallholder farmers of the Coocentral cooperative in Huila, grown above 1,500 m a.s.l. on volcanic soils, washed-processed with tank fermentation and patio drying. Roasted for espresso, the cup is balanced with juicy acidity and a medium-full body, showing citrus, ripe fruit, and dried-fruit sweetness.
