An easy-drinking house blend put together from anaerobic-natural lots selected on a COCARIVE cooperative sourcing trip to the Serra da Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais, Brazil, by ex-Brazilian cupping champion Wellington 'Baba' Pereira. The anaerobic natural processing gives it a fruitier, more winey profile than a traditional natural.
