A seasonal espresso-forward blend of 60% Bethania (Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua) and 40% Grupo Asociativo Villa Esperanza (Huila, Colombia), each component roasted separately on its own medium profile before blending. Juicy and balanced, with caramel sweetness, berry and stone fruit, and a roasted almond finish.
