Clockwork is Machina's signature espresso blend, built from two seasonal lots sourced specifically for it: Bossa Nova, a naturally processed coffee from Brazil that lends body and a creamy mouthfeel, paired with El Carmen, a washed Caturra/Colombia varietal lot from Colombia that brings tangy sweetness and added complexity. The result is a versatile, easy-drinking espresso with good body, balanced sweetness and gentle acidity, equally at home as a flat white, in a moka pot or a Sunday cafetiere.
