Circles comes from Fazenda Trapiá, high in the mountains of Baependi in Brazil's renowned Mantiqueira de Minas region. The farm was bought in 2005 by Andrea de Souza Rangel and Renato Pita de Moura, who left city life in Rio de Janeiro with no prior coffee-growing experience and learned the craft from the ground up. Round Hill Roastery offers this lot as an espresso roast, available whole bean or ground for espresso, French press, or stovetop brewing.
