A 100% civet (Kopi Luwak) arabica sourced from controlled, ethically monitored civets on Sumatra's Gayo Highlands, supported since 2013 by World Animal Protection. Velvety smooth, with hazelnut bitterness balanced by cane-sugar sweetness, developing citrus notes and a fresh, grape-like finish.
